Subscription & plans

Your plan determines which features are available and the limits that apply. Everything is visible under Subscription in the portal.

Any capability below can be enabled on any plan — there is no tier that permanently locks a feature away. What differs between plans are the limits (how many members, connections, groups, reports, and so on) and which capabilities your particular plan has switched on.

  • Azure and AWS cost analysis, findings, and Cost Comparison
  • Waste detection and FinOps recommendations
  • Automatic scheduled scans, plus on-demand scan runs
  • Budget alerts and scheduled reports
  • Custom views and SQL
  • Cloud Groups, CMDB sync, and the Work Board
  • SSO/SCIM and Access Management
  • Scan history
  • Public API and MCP access
  • Report storage (S3 / Azure Blob)

Your Subscription page is the source of truth: it lists exactly what your plan includes, alongside your current usage against every limit.

Each plan caps the number of members, connected tenants, subscriptions/accounts, custom views, scheduled reports, budget alerts, and groups. The Subscription page shows current usage against each limit, so you can see headroom before hitting a cap.

Capacity can be extended with add-ons when standard limits aren’t enough.

Upgrades take effect immediately — connections, groups, reports, and settings carry over. Downgrades keep your data but features outside the new plan become read-only/gated until re-enabled.
