CloudOptify accounts are created self-service from the sign-up page.

Sign up

1. Go to app.cloudoptify.com/signup.
2. Enter your name and company details.
3. Complete sign-in with your work account. CloudOptify uses a secure hosted identity service — there is no separate password to manage.

Choose a plan

After your first sign-in you’ll choose a plan:

Plan	Best for
Free Trial	Trying CloudOptify on a small Azure scope.
Pro	Individual practitioners managing Azure and AWS cost.
Annual	Pro, billed annually at a discount and with higher limits.
Custom	Larger organizations — higher limits, and a dedicated instance where required.

Plans differ by their limits — connected tenants, subscriptions, custom views, reports, and alerts — rather than by locking features away: any capability can be enabled on any plan. You can see what your plan includes, and your current usage against each limit, anytime under Subscription in the portal.

Tip

You can start on a smaller plan and upgrade later — your connections, groups, and settings carry over.

First sign-in

Until you connect a cloud account, the portal guides you to Cloud Connections — connecting at least one Azure tenant or AWS account unlocks the rest of the platform. Continue with Connect Azure or Connect AWS.
